The DynaFlex is designed and constructed to give you dependable use in tough conditions. Mechanically driven drapers and fully adjustable cutterbar offer more torque and no requirement of a separate hydraulic system. The DynaFlex is built using a tubular upper and lower rigid frame with vertical supports. A single piece Hart Carter level 2 pick-up reel has a 12” (30.48cm) center tube (35’ (10.7m) and 40’ (12.19m) models) for increased rigidity. Stainless steel interlocking belt guards help prevent rocks from entering the header. The draper’s belt slats are reinforced with fiberglass and have v-belt guides for consistent, even tracking.

The MF4200 Series Pick-Up front is the only one with a sideways sweeping action. This action allows stones in the windrow to fall to the ground as the crop is being picked up. Teeth mounted on tough aluminium extruded finger bars work at an angle like a side delivery rake laid down. It features large 18-8.5 flotation tyres with only 40- 50 lbs. (18.1-22.7kg) of ground pressure. The rear draper is slightly faster than the rotating teeth, so back feeding is never a problem. With its unique rake action, no ground is left untouched, and the entire crop is where it should be: in the combine.
