The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Service Manager to lead our Cowra service department. You’ll oversee a team of five technicians and two apprentices, ensuring efficient operations, high-quality repairs, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day workshop operations

Coordinate job scheduling, quoting, and technician allocation

Oversee warranty claims and liaise with manufacturers

Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams

Ensure high standards of workmanship and safety compliance

Support technician training, performance, and development

Monitor service KPIs and contribute to overall business performance
About You
You’ll be an organised and driven professional with strong leadership and communication skills. You understand that great service comes from great people — and you know how to get the best out of your team.
Essential skills and attributes:

Proven leadership and organisational skills

Strong communication and customer relationship skills

Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office

Mechanical knowledge or trade background

Current driver’s licence
Desirable:

Experience with AGCO brands or agricultural machinery

Knowledge of dealer management systems (JGW uses Equip)
