Role Overview:
This dual-role position combines front-line retail sales with administrative support in our spare parts department. The successful candidate will assist customers with part inquiries, process sales, manage inventory, and support the day-to-day administration of the parts department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve customers in-store, over the phone, and via email, providing expert advice on spare parts.
• Accurately process sales, orders, and returns using our POS and inventory system.
• Liaise with suppliers and track orders to ensure timely delivery and restocking.
• Maintain and update parts catalogues, pricing, and stock levels.
• Assist with parts identification using technical diagrams and databases.
• Provide administrative support to the parts department including invoicing, filing, reporting and stocktaking.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in spare parts sales or administration (automotive, machinery, or similar industries preferred however not essential).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with solid organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with parts catalogues and inventory management systems.
• Computer literacy.
• Friendly outgoing personality.
• A proactive and reliable team player with a willingness to learn.

comprehensive tillage/seeding range.
Due to the growth in the business, we have a requirement for an additional full time qualified agricultural diesel Technician to work on a wide range of agricultural machinery based in our Wagga Workshop.
The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment and be customer focused, organised, energetic, and proactive.  You will be working with an experienced and qualified workforce who are passionate about their trade, the agricultural industry and committed to providing exceptional customer service.

The role will include:

• Pre-delivery and assembly of machinery
• Repairing and maintenance of agricultural machinery and implements
• Electrical/Hydraulic diagnostics and repair
• Travelling onsite to Clients properties for onsite servicing and repairs

Our workshop is modern, clean, air-conditioned & heated. We do invest heavily in the correct tooling & diagnostic equipment to make your job easier.

Essential Requirements:

• Trade Qualified with a minimum two -year recent trade experience
• Excellent diagnostic skills
• Strong work ethic and high standards in completing work in a timely
  manner
• Must be self-motivated
•  Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good computer skills
• Drivers licence

Desirable Requirements, but not necessary

• Experience and Knowledge of Ag Equipment
• Current Forklift Licence
